Order Processing

  1. Since all our products are handmade, the order processing time differs from product to product and order quantity. We make every effort to ship your orders as soon as possible. If there are delays due to high volume of orders, we will inform you regarding the same. 
  2. You can find the order processing time on individual product pages. With regard to our wooden products, it takes about 4-5 working days to process the order after you receive your order confirmation email. Our macrame products are made-to-order, so it can take between 4 to 10 working days to process the order depending on the product ordered.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


We offer both domestic and international shipping. We ship all our orders via Posten.

If you want your order to reach you within a certain date, please mention it in the order notes while placing the order. We will try our best to accommodate your order. You can also opt for expedited shipping by emailing us at

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping time within Norway is 3 to 5 working days.

Free local pick-up: Free local pick-up is available for local orders at Bleikerfaret 30, Asker -1387 and at Asker, Sandvika and Oslo S stations. 

We will contact you via email or text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to discuss the day of pick-up. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Import Duties & Taxes

If you're ordering outside of  Norway, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sew and Saw is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We also cannot tell you exactly how much it may cost you as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Order Status & Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
